Tous les modèles de la collection Legacy Machine disposent du célèbre balancier suspendu, élément signature chez MB&F. Introduit en 2014, le modèle LM101 ne déroge pas à la règle et repousse davantage les limites horlogères grâce au mouvement qui fut le premier développé par MB&F avec l'aide du célèbre horloger Kari Voutilainen pour l'esthétique et les finitions. 
Le modèle dispose d'un boîtier de 40mm et affiche l'heure à 2h et la réserve de marche à 6h.
L'échappement est visible entre les ponts qui soutiennent le balancier "volant" captivant l'oeil à chaque battement.
Ce modèle en acier, matériau rarement utilisé chez MB&F, fut introduit en 2021 avec quelques modifications esthétiques ainsi que le balancier avec double spiral fourni par H. Moser & Cie. 

Cette montre est livrée avec sa boîte, sur-boîte, papiers d'origine (daté et tamponné), manuel et porte carte en cuir.
