MB&F, pour "Maximilian Büsser & Friends", est une marque horlogère indépendante fondée en 2005 par Maximilian Büsser.

Son fondateur a également souhaité rendre accessible l'esprit MB&F avec un projet parallèle opérant sous un nom différent : M.A.D. Edition. Le résultat de ce projet est la création de la "M.A.D.1". Ce modèle, surmonté d'un rotor avec mouvement retourné, s'inspire des modèles HM3 et HM8 de MB&F.
Le rotor en titane et tungstène remonte le calibre Miyota de manière unidirectionnelle permettant de le voir tourner librement et rapidement.
L'heure est affichée sur la tranche du boitier à 6h grâce aux cylindres tournants des heures et des minutes.

La montre est livrée avec sa boite, sur-boite, lumière UV, pochette de voyage et manuel.
