Inspirée du modèle Nautilus et sa célèbre lunette octogonale, l’Aquanaut apparaît en **1997** avec la référence 5060A pour plaire à un public plus jeune qui avait une approche plus décontractée du luxe et fut le premier modèle de la marque à être équipé d’un bracelet caoutchouc. 

La Patek Philippe Aquanaut 5167R, avec un boîtier en or rose 18 carats, a été introduite en 2009 pour les 12 ans du modèle. Le diamètre de **40,8** mm ainsi que son épaisseur de 8,1 mm, associé au bracelet en caoutchouc, garantit une tenue parfaite et comfortable au poignet.
La cadran embossé marron, et le bracelet marron qui reprend le motif en damier du cadran, créé un superbe contraste avec l'or rose du boitier.

Équipé du mouvement automatique Patek Philippe 26‑330 S C, ce calibre dispose d'une réserve de marche de maximum **45h** et peut être visible grâce au fond transparent. 

La montre est livrée full set avec sa boîte, sur-boîte, certificat d'origine Patek Philippe (Suisse), mode d'emploi et livret en cuir.
