Introduit en 2016 avec une lunette en céramique noire (LN ajouté à la référence), la référence 116519 est un modèle en or blanc de 40mm équipée du calibre Rolex 4130 et équipé d'un bracelet Oysterflex qui combine la robustesse d’un bracelet métallique avec le confort d’un bracelet en élastomère et en fait un des bracelet caoutchouc les plus confortables disponible sur le marché. 
L'inscription "Daytona" fut pour la première apposé sur un cadran de Rolex référence 6239 en 1963. Ce modèle était également le premier a disposer d'une lunette avec échelle tachymétrique, que l'on continue de voir sur les modèles actuels. L'exemplaire que nous avons ici fait donc parti des derniers produits puisqu'ils ont été remplacés par la nouvelle référence 126519LN en 2023.

La montre est livrée complète avec sa boîte, sur-boîte, carte de garantie internationale, manuels et tag.
