Launched in 2011, the Chronomètre Bleu was initially designed to be Journe's entry-level watch without any concession to quality. The case is made of tantalum, a very difficult metal to work. The dial is composed of several layers of "mirror polished" varnish that make its reflections unique. The high precision rose gold movement has a 56 hour power reserve.

Tantalum

Launched in 2011, the Chronomètre Bleu was initially designed to be Journe's entry-level watch without any concession to quality. The case is made of tantalum, a metal that is very difficult to work. 

The model presented here "Byblos" is part of a series of **99** pieces produced in **2014** on the occasion of the opening of the 10th Journe boutique, in Beirut.

The dial is for the first time openworked allowing a glimpse of the guilloche pink gold caliber. The F.P. Journe logo engraved on the movement has also been modified. It represents the letter "Yodh", the **10th** letter of the Phoenician alphabet.

The high-precision caliber **1304** has 2 barrels mounted in parallel, offering a stable force for most of its 56-hour autonomy.

The watch is delivered with its box and its original warranty card.
