Terms and conditions
1 Purpose
41Watch Geneva is a registered trademark owned by Montres Iconiques Suisse SA. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (“TCS”) apply to all sales of products made by 41Watch Geneva and geneva.41watch.com (“the Site”) managed by Montres Iconiques Suisse SA and govern the relationship between buyer and seller. By purchasing via this Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions without reservation.
2. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively with 41Watch Geneva. All orders imply prior and unconditional acceptance of these TC. The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of stock shortage or for any other legitimate reason.
3. Prices and payment
Prices displayed on the Site are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery charges are not included in the displayed price. Payment is made via the secure methods offered by 41Watch Geneva: i.e. bank transfer, credit or debit card.
##4. Delivery Products are delivered to the address indicated by the buyer at the time of ordering. Delivery times vary according to destination and are mentioned when the order is placed. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or to force majeure.
5. Return policy
For all distance purchases, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date of receipt. To arrange a return, please email us at geneva@41watch.com within this period. Watches must be returned in their original condition, as received, including packaging, documentation and accessories. Return and insurance costs are at the buyer's expense. The amount of these costs will be indicated before the return and will be deducted from the refund.
In-store purchases: No returns accepted for in-store purchases.
6. Warranty
All products sold on the Site are guaranteed for 1 year (twelve months) from the date shown on the invoice. During this period, 41Watch Geneva undertakes to repair free of charge any major manufacturing defect existing at the time the watch is delivered. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or modifications made by an unauthorized third party.
7. Liability
The seller cannot be held responsible for any indirect damage that may arise from the purchase of products on the Site, in particular in the event of operating loss, loss of profit or other.
8. Personal information
Personal information collected on the Site is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. This data is necessary for order management and customer relations.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These TC are governed by Swiss law. The courts of the Canton of Geneva shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution.
10. Modification of TC
The seller reserves the right to modify these TC at any time. Amendments will come into effect as soon as they are published on the Site.
