The Nautilus is certainly the most well-known model from Patek Philippe. Designed by Gérald Genta who has, among otherss, designed the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak, the Nautilus was introduced in 1976, being the first luxury steel wristwatch of the manufacturer. 

Available in four different sizes, this one the "Boy" size (2nd size) and features rare diamonds blue dial and bezel. The perfect Nautilus for a collector woman.
