Introduced in 2016 with a black ceramic bezel (LN added to the reference), the reference 116518 is a 40mm model made of yellow gold. It is equipped with the Rolex caliber 4130 and features an Oysterflex bracelet, which combines the robustness of a metal bracelet with the comfort of an elastomer strap, making it one of the most comfortable rubber strap available on the market.

The "Daytona" inscription was first introduced on a Rolex reference 6239 dial in 1963. This model was also the first to have a bezel with a tachymetric scale, a feature that is still seen on current models. As this 2023 year marks the 60th anniversary of the model, the timepiece we have here is now discontinued, as it has been replaced by the new reference 126518LN.

Its dial, nicknamed "Paul Newman Racing," stands out with its champagne sub-counters and red chronograph hand and minute track, creating a striking contrast.

The watch comes complete with its box, outer-box, international warranty card, manuals, and tag.
