Vacheron Constantin, founded in Geneva in 1755, is one of the oldest and most prestigious watchmaking houses in the world. Renowned for its excellence in craftsmanship and innovation, Vacheron Constantin produces both highly complicated and artistic watches, notably in its Métiers d'Art collection, not forgetting its past with the Historiques collection, which offers contemporary reinterpretations of iconic models from its long watchmaking history.

The Traditionnelle Manuel model was introduced in 2009 and takes up all the codes of the classic watch par excellence, like the Calatrava by Patek Philippe. The baton hour-markers, dauphine hands, small seconds and slender lugs make this model a timeless timepiece. Its rose gold case, 38 mm in diameter and 7.7 mm thick, is perfectly proportioned, with lugs that slope subtly downwards, allowing the watch to sit comfortably on the wrist. The caseback has a light guilloché pattern on the outer part visible from the edges, adding a great deal of depth to the polished case.
The silver dial features a minute track, polished hour-markers and the gold Maltese cross applied above ‘Vacheron Constantin’. The hands are perfectly legible thanks to the double polished and brushed finish.

The transparent caseback reveals the hand-wound Calibre 4400 with its Côtes de Genève finish. The diameter of the movement perfectly matches that of the case and is powered by a single large barrel that provides a 65-hour power reserve. This calibre also complies with Poinçon de Genève standards.
